Carbon fiber isn’t a new material. Lamborghini isn’t a new marque. But the two have never had a significant, substantial marriage. The Charging Bull might be preparing for a walk down the aisle, having just released images of the carbon-fibrous Sesto Elemento concept.

Thanks to its incorporation of the space-age material, this monster tips the scales at 1.1 tons thanks to its thorough incorporation of the woven fiber. Doesn’t sound all that light, you say? That’s with at 570-horsepower V-10 that can sling the Sesto to 60mph in 2.5 seconds.

As far as body, it’s jaunty, angular, and severe — a stark deviation from the carbon-car-of-the moment from Koenigsegg. Two isosceles red triangles at the windscreen point downward, like arrows guiding the Sesto down the pavement.
