Having established himself as a musical powerhouse in 2012, the Teflon Don is extending his cultural reach to film. The extended trailer for season two of Starz‘s Magic City features Rick Ross alongside James Caan, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Danny Huston.

The show — which, to be honest, flew under our primetime radar — is a vintage look at the seedy late-’50s underbelly of (the Port of) Miami. Season two looks to be rife with gangster violence, pin-up styled women, vintage resortwear, and sweet old-school cars, plus a bonus tour of old Havana when the show turns its scope 90 miles south to Cuba.

Ricky Rozay makes his appearance at 1:38. No word yet on how integral a role he’ll play in the narrative, but from the brief moment he’s on screen in the trailer, it looks like he’s got the hang of this whole “acting” thing.
