For incoming Creative Director Greg Chapman, rejuvenating the already hearty & hale Generic Surplus and Generic Man footwear brands shouldn’t be too much of a problem. It was Manchester, UK’s, Chapman, after all, who resurrected Fred Perry‘s footwear division after it’d sat dormant for well nigh three decades. Generic Surplus/Man is alive and well. Chapman’s installation should take the brands to the next level.
